Azure TTS Recording

  1. Access Azure Portal:
    • Navigate to the Azure portal and log in with your admin credentials.
  2. Subscription Access:
    • Go to the “Subscriptions” section.
    • Select the subscription named “Contact Centre as a Service”.
  3. Access Control:
    • Navigate to “Access Control (IAM)”.
    • Click on “Check Access”.
  4. Activate Role:
    • Under “Eligible Time Bound Assignments”, find your role (e.g., Contributor).
    • Click “Activate” and provide a reason (e.g., Testing).
    • Set the duration (up to 8 hours) and confirm activation.
  5. Resource Groups:
    • Go to “Resource Groups”.
    • Select the resource group named “RG Speech Services”.
  6. Speech Studio:
    • Navigate to Speech Studio.
    • Scroll down to “Text to Speech” and select “Audio Content Creation”.
  7. Create New File:
    • Choose “Text File” and input your text.
    • Select the desired voice language (e.g., Andrew).
  8. Save and Export:
    • Click “Save” and then “Export”.
    • Choose the export format: 8k, .wav
    • Select Output option: Each file generates a piece of audio.
    • Select “Local Disk” for the export destination.
  9. Download File:
    • Once the export is complete, download the file to your local disk.
