Decommision Phone Numbers

To decommission a phone number (DID) in Genesys:

  1. Update numbers’ comment in Genesys: a. In Genesys Admin, go to: Telephony / DID Ranges b. Browse to and select DIDs c. Click Edit (the pencil icon) and update comments to reflect the decommissioning

  2. Unassign numbers from flow: a. In Genesys Admin, go to: Telephony / DID Assignments b. Filter for and select DIDs to be decommissioned c. Click Unassign
