Organization Setup

Required for all new Organization before Architecting begins

  1. Single Sign On
  2. Role Groups created.
  3. Service Request submitted to the Azure Team to include the Organization, group IDs and other required information.
  4. Update The Genesys Cloud Master Catalog
  5. Add to Authorized org in Dev
  6. Set up the Genesys Cloud Voice Trunks
  7. Enable inactive timeout
  8. Ensure that IVR is not recorded
  9. Call Recording Policy: Enable “Record after call work”
  10. Enable Transcription
  11. Enable Execution Data (Org setting)
