Pexip Support and Resources

To open a Pexip Infinity support ticket, send an email to support@pexip.com with the issue details.

Please cc support@etgroup.ca so the team is aware of the issue and can log the details (issue and resolution).

Once a ticket is opened, the Pexip support team will likely request a diagnostic snapshot for detailed analysis of the issue.
